Konjac? Slim Rice? Never heard .. Slim Rice is made of 97% water combined with konjac the miracle Asian root plant which suppresses hunger preventing over-eating by stabilising blood-sugar levels with its Zero Sugar composition. With this food you can boost your diet insanely. But just don’t forget to drink enough water. I personally drink at least 1 liter of water for every 100g of konjac. Otherwise you may become constipated. With this salad you can stay full all day long (~560kcal for more than 0,7gkg of food)
200 g (20kcal) | konjac slim rice |

- Start by preparing the konjac slim rice according to the package instructions. Rinse it well under cold water and set aside.
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the frozen peas for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender. Drain and set aside.
- Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper. In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it is cooked through and flaky.
- In a large bowl, combine the konjac slim rice and peas. Flake the cooked fish into bite-sized pieces and add it to the bowl.
- Drizzle some lemon juice over the salad for a fresh and tangy dressing.
- Toss everything together gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Serve the konjac slim rice, peas, and fish salad immediately, or refrigerate it for later as a healthy and satisfying meal option.
