Over the past nine months, through dedication and perseverance, I’ve significantly increased my daily step count from a modest 2,700 to nearly 7,000 steps! This achievement has been a result of two key lifestyle changes: quitting smoking and embracing a fitness routine.
Let me rewind to where this journey began. Eleven months ago, I made the empowering decision to quit smoking.
